Terms and Conditions
* The full amount is payable at the time of booking a workshop/course/session to secure a place.
* If you have twins/multiples you will not be charged full price for more than one space for some classes. Please have a chat with us. (doesn't include siblings of different ages)
* The booking Form including Health questions must be completed prior to the course/session. It is the parent/carer responsibility to inform the leader/instructor of any changes to the information provided on a weekly basis.
*Parents and carers may take photos but only of their own child/children during sessions/courses.
*Photos taken of your child by Little will only be taken with your consent and will be used for advertising and marketing purposes only on our website and social media.
*The information on the Booking Form and any other information given will be treated and stored in the utmost confidence. It will not be shared with any third party.
*Little reserves the right to update fees and Terms & Conditions in the future.
*Booking Forms for all classes/courses must be filled out by the parent/carer before the commencement of the session/course.
*The parent/carer is at all times responsible for their child.
*Little reserves the right to cancel a session/class/course if there is a problem with the venue or class sizes.
*In the event Little cancels a session/class/course, an alternative will be offered. If not suitable a full refund will be given.
*Withdrawing during a course is considered a cancelation and a refund won't be given on this occasion.
* Any medical conditions (in related classes) must be stated and cleared by your family doctor before attending your first class.
Cancellation policy:
* Classes can be cancelled if more than 2 weeks notice is given.
* Classes can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session is due to begin.
*No cancellation or rescheduling can be arranged within 3 hours of the beginning of class.
In the case of serious medical conditions requiring cancellation, please contact Jen directly to discuss your options.
