Designed especially for newborns aged 0–2 months, Little Red is a gentle introduction to classes for you and your baby.
With a focus on baby massage, soothing touch and gentle movement, these calm and nurturing sessions support relaxation, early development and bonding during those precious first weeks together.
You’ll learn simple techniques to use at home, while your baby begins to explore their senses and body in a safe, peaceful environment.
Little Red is also a lovely opportunity to get out of the house, meet other new parents and enjoy some special one-to-one time with your baby.

Designed for curious, growing babies aged 2–6 months, Little Orange brings together baby yoga, movement, sensory play, songs and rhymes to support your baby as they become more active and engaged with the world around them.
Gentle stretches and carefully chosen activities help develop the strength, coordination and body awareness needed for early milestones such as head and neck control, rolling and sitting.
With plenty to see, hear, touch and explore, Little Orange is a fun and engaging next step for your baby — and a chance for you to meet other parents, learn together and enjoy watching your Little grow.

Designed for babies aged 6–12 months who are starting to get on the move, Little Yellow is all about encouraging exploration, movement and growing independence.
Combining baby yoga, sensory play, movement, songs and rhymes, these lively sessions help build strength, balance and coordination as your baby works towards exciting milestones such as sitting, crawling, pulling to stand and cruising.
With plenty of opportunities to move, play and explore at their own pace, Little Yellow supports your baby’s natural development while giving you lots of new ways to play and connect together.

Designed for busy Little ones aged 1–2 years, Little Green embraces that exciting stage between baby and toddler — when there’s so much to discover and nowhere they’d rather be than on the move!
Through movement, sensory play, stories, action songs and yoga-inspired activities, Little Green gives your child plenty of opportunities to practise their developing physical skills while building confidence, coordination and body awareness.
